New zoo Movie review
Welcome to my post for movie trailers….and whence they came. My first is a tribute for the author of this site, and the Rake. If you have not seen this movie, you should. Film at 11
This isn’t Michael Jackson’s TLC. This is tables, ladders, and chairs. The rules are simple. Be the first team to recover the tag team titles, which hang above the ring. After that, there are no rules. This is the second half of one sick match.
According to the original YouTube post, this took place in 1985 at the Meadowlands. JYD is getting pummeled by Mr. #1-derful and it’s not looking good. Watch for a number of surprises and cameos from Bobby “The Brain” Heenan and Jesse “The Body” Ventura. I’m especially amused by the threats of sanctions and penalties coming from Gorilla Monsoon and Howard Finkle at the end of the match.
Man, I Want to Watch Some Classic Wrestling, Like The Rock vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin from ’99!
I’ve gotta jones. I’ve had this jones for quite some time. See, I like wrestling, but I don’t watch it like I used to. I left when the Rock went to make movies. I always enjoyed his Chuck D voice combined with the best verbal smackdowns in the business. On top of that, he was the best wrestler going. So was Stone Cold Steve Austin. Put the two of them in the same ring and we have a rivalry that I don’t think has been matched since.
This is from Backlash and It’s 10 years old. It starts off slow, but stick it out. There are a couple of spots that really make it worth your time.
